Thank you for participating in the CTV-21 Internship! We hope that you will be able to stay with it and create new programming for the channel.
This blog was created to keep you informed of the events, activities, and training sessions taking place. You can also come here to sign up for shoots that are also posted on the intern board in the office. Feel free to leave comments regarding your involvement here, any requests for help with your project ideas, as well as messages to each other. You can sign up for something by leaving a comment, but you may not always get confirmation.
You have all made it through the Video 101 and Studio training. This week you should be stopping by the studio for a practice session in order to review and spend time perfecting the basic skills while asking all the questions that come from learning something new. If any of the preset times for the practice sessions don't work with your schedule - no problem - just call the office and at let us know you'd like to stop by another time. The same applies if you would like more time in addition to the practice session you may already have attended.
Begin thinking of ideas that might make good studio shoots, or field productions. Planning in advance will make any production go more smoothly. We hope to have more going on in the studio between community producers and intern generated productions. Eventually, we would like to have not only the few productions we generate each month on the intern board, but your productions and others as well.
