Congratulations! If you are reading this you have completed your Edit training (or you will by 3/6). If you have been following the course calendar to the letter you have been coming during the "off" weeks for a 2 hour practice session to sharpen your skills or review something you missed. On a similar note - We have moved the "Producer Training" classes up in the list. Meaning, instead of going into "sound for video," you will begin learning how to put a short program together. We felt this would improve the experience by getting you up and running faster (if you wanted to get up and running faster, that is). The Intern Film Festival date has not changed so this shift in classes will give you more time to contribute something to it. Please take advantage of the Film Festival, we will have a pizza party and talk about your contribution and celebratehow far you have come in this internship. You do need a finished production in order to be invited.
A special "Thank You" to the interns that volunteered on “Local Edition”. This was another weather challenge which might not have happened if Interns hadn't been there. Barbara snapped some photos that night. Before you scan down to see, please consider signing up for "Connecting" on Tuesday (there are a few positions left, but we can always accommodate more). The call is 3pm.
